Rehability is committed to total service quality without compromise. Rehability is driven by delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, solutions and outcomes in all of its activities.
At the level of service delivery to clients, Rehability ensures all staff must demonstrate the following standards:
- All staff are trained in CPR and must maintain updated CPR standards annually;
- All staff must attend two continuing education programs provided by Rehability bi-annually. These seminars cover training that is related to important service development and/or delivery issues critical to the industry;
- All staff must be qualified physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists and demonstrate evidence of qualification and current certificate of registration;
- All staff must demonstrate significant professional experience prior to delivering Rehability-referred services. A minimum of 2 years professional experience is essential;
- All staff receive training by Rehability in circumstances peculiar to the delivery of in-home treatment;
- All new staff receive induction training and are provided with Rehability's comprehensive Policy and Procedure Manual;
- All Rehability Referral Coordinators are either qualified physiotherapists or occupational therapists and have significant levels of professional experience;
- All staff have undergone police checks with satisfactory results;
- All staff providing treatment or professional advice to clients must communicate with case managers, client coordinators and Rehability to ensure appropriateness and acceptability of service intention;
- All staff must demonstrate evidence of Professional Indemnity and Professional Liability Insurance.
